Buehrle pitched eight innings and only gave up four hits and two runs. It was a very good outing by Buehrle who finally got some run support and a victory. He is now 4-6 on the season. Bobby Jenks came in and pitched the ninth inning to get some work done and after giving up a lead off single got two groundballs that ended the game.
Toby Hall, Carlos Quentin, and Brian Anderson all hit home runs for the White Sox. Hall’s was a two run home run while the other two were solo shots.
